Dear Friends,

Where can i find Telemarkets specifically in North America who can sell services over the phone.

I have searched the obvious places such as online job boards with little success - odesk, elance, guru, etc.

Any awesome suggestions - i will buy you any book under $10 on Book Depository :playboy_sml:

Great , philipinoes.

Apply for a job.
Outbound Telemarketing | Lead Generation Companies | Appointment Setting Services | Business To Business Telemarketing - Outbounders.com

Outbounders pay 1.50 USD or 3 USD per hour.

You think American telemarketers, work for 1.5 USD per hour?

They may have whatever accent you want, but they are Philipinoes or Indians.

back to reality.

pm me if your serious. and by serious I mean looking for quality native english speaking inbound/outbound sales agents and are willing to pay $30+/hour.

O desk, elance, so on.

Make some research, have an interview.

Ask them, how they handle the calls, how they organize the job, their previous experience, etc...

it ain't that hard.

From my experience, organize the job well, pay the price to have an efficient telemarketer, set objectives/deadlines.

Yeah, 1.5 USD/hour for a Filipino...without experience, who makes it to survive, oh...yeah, expect great results...how foolish

Hire a copywriter to create a script, do a basic cold canvassing training. Hire people off criags? I have never done this but that's where I'd start

Overall, make a good prospect list, the more accurate, the better.

The script, something basic, 5 lines, then it is up to your telemarketer to adjust; bypass the gate keepers, and get the decision maker for the appointment/sales.

For the list, there are paid service, but there might be some ways to extract / filter data from linkedin & social networks.
