Flowchart/Diagram software

I want to flowchart/model my networks. If you are familiar with linkwheels, I was hoping to come up with something like most of the linkfarm charts.

Is there software best suited to this? I need something easy and pretty that will show the relationships between items.

Did you look into Microsoft Visio?

Smart Draw is pretty extensive (and expensive), but i'm not sure its what you need.

I use Visio. I won't say it's the greatest, but I have a huge set of stencils and macros that I use so I have a huge leg up for any project I start.
