I'm flying to London in about 5 hours and its a 7-8 hour flight. I'll probably buy a book and some mags while I'm at the airport but also looking for some audio stuff - podcasts or audio books - to stick on my iPod before I get out of here.

Any suggestions?

What I read on my recent trip to London, all highly recommended:

Generations: The History of America's Future, 1584 to 2069
The Driver: My Dangerous Pursuit of Speed and Truth in the Outlaw Racing World
Reinventing Collapse: The Soviet Example and American Prospects
Real Education: Four Simple Truths for Bringing America's Schools Back to Reality

Fuck sleeping pills, get drunk and hop on the plane. Hit on the Plane attendants. (they're usually hawwwt)

Getting smashed in the lounge before is always a good idea. Sleeping pills as well depending on how long your flight(s) are(if you fly 16 hours+ pills DEFINITELY help if you need to be up and about the day you arrive).

And unless your flying with a shit airline, onboard entertainment usually has enough movies and tv shows to pass the time.

It's only 8 hours, that's not even worth planning for. Just watch some movies and take whatever book you're currently reading.

Doyle Brunson, Super System 1 and 2

Yeah, I wouldn't bother - not that super system aren't good books, but (1) they are big and heavy; and (2) Gambling law in London suck. You have to register at a casino (and be sponsored by an existing member, but apparently that isn't a problem) and then wait 24 hours before you can return to play. I lived there 5 years and could never be bothered registering.

Never, ever had this problem.
That's because UK is a police fuckin' state.
No it's not.

If you are in marketing, Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariel. Its available in audio and kindle format. I think it should be required reading for anyone who does any sort of marketing.
