Wat I would do - and this might borderline on unethical if you don't support them - is create a tool bar for McCain, Obama and Hillary and try to get them spread virally on facbeook, myspace, etc.

I think the concept of donating without donating will really reside with people, especially younger folks.

What the Republicans really need, if they want the youth vote, is a better image...

I reckon (and I'm REALLY not being sarcastic here) is RepbuliRAVE or some shit... Basically, a dance party, with lots of primary red, white & blue visuals, and dance tracks made using quote remixes.

Someone did this in Sydney at the last election for one of the Liberal candidates (I forgot who... Georgiou (sp?) I think) and it actually raised about $8,000 after costs.

Hmmm... Ravers are liberal people... Banging music, ecstasy, weed and McCain don't exactly fit.

Sure they could do some publicity stunt, but the only way conservatives such as the Republican Party could really appeal to younger votes would be if they ditched the policies which guarantee them their core support from the older generations.

Great job with the toolbar btw!

Sorry... forgot to mention, our Liberal party aren't actually Liberal... they're amazingly conservative in fact, and have tried to push religiously morealised legislation through several times (banning RU486, banning gay marriages, banning heroine-room trials, banning research into a number of fields, taking money away from secular and government schools to give to private christian schools, etc)

Ah, sorry... (for my mistake, and for you having John Howard and co for so long!) How's the new guy doing? A friend over there was optimistic when he got in, but is it the same old shit, different name?
