As it's name suggests this is a refinance themed site comprised of unique destination URLs (Landing Pages) for approximately 30,000 US cities / towns - each following the directory format of /stateabbreviation/cityname/ i.e., Refinance your mortgage in the GREENWICH, Connecticut area. Coding done in classic ASP. No live database calls. ASP script to regenerate unique files from included zip code database provided. Can easily live on a shared host without issue.
Presently setup only with Google Adsense blocks, great potential for doing long tail refinance related arbitrage.
Domain: Applyforarefi.com, registered / launched November 2006.
Statistics: November 2006 ~ Present: Usage Statistics for applyforarefi.com - Last 12 Months
PageRank: 2 on the homepage. Indexed in Google & Yahoo (approximately 10,000 pages in each)
Reason for Selling: I previously marketed the Ameriquest program on CJ which shut down in early July. I don't do arbi or pay for traffic.
Past Revenue: Negligible. I believe it generated 2 or 3 leads since November.
Minimum Acceptable Offer: $250
