This is a site on which people needing any type of web development, can post their project. Developers then bid on the project. It's all set-up like an auction site, but there is no default winner. The project owner compares the price, start date, estimated completion time, user reputation, and quality of work (seen by clicking the user's homepage link), and selects a winner manually. The project owner does not have to select a winner at all if he/she doesn't like any of the bids.
Everything is free -- profit will come from advertising. You have to register to post or bid on projects, but it's free. So there is no risk or cost of any kind. I would really appreciate any comments/notes. I already have a huge list of functions/features to add ASAP, but there's only so much time in the day, heh.
