Forum/Blog Posters - What to do?

I've got a potential arsenal of what I think would be good forum/blog posters available to me. Not sure what type of pay scale to approach them with. Just curious what you folks may have been paying - /post, /word? Are you mostly hiring out for quality posts or keyword heavy gibberish?

I usually charge for 20 words of post =$0.15. If, possible you can order me couple of forum positngs for me at the same price. I assure quality as well as quick turn around time.
