Forum posting legalities?

Hey guys;

There is a large forum in my niche. I want the blast the hell out of it.

Is this legal? Can i post? can i scape that forum for emails, and mail to that data (illegal right?)?

Aside from manual posting and leaving a link in sig, what else can i do to that forum? Is it all relative to the forum (their security, if captcha, WP forum, BB forum, vBulletin, etc?)

Is this what xrumer is? I can buy these services right?

Apologies for my ignorance. i'm a web dev; new to marketing/legal aspects of sheeit.

If someone can just bust me down on this; highly appreciated fellas

I would do something like that and not worry at all. Just try and cover your tracks as much as you can.

I don't know if its actually legal, probably not, but it happens all the time and its unlikely you'd actually get in trouble for it. At the most, your IP added to a spam list or something, so use proxy.
