I remember seeing that years ago.. but it wasn't as elaborate back then. I thought it was just makeup/paint... there's no way anyone's poking my stuff with one needle much less the countless hours of agony that must have been... Then again, some people get a rush from pain...

As for the pain factor, I imagine he'd use an aneasthetic cream on the more sensitive parts before hand... unless he's into the pain.
