Friendster Ads Dont Refund

Anyone got any ideas how to get a refund of ad cash paid into Friendster's advertising suite? Their phone number doesn't work, and they don't respond to my emails.

Anyone got a contact so I can deal with this civilly?

Same here, I submitted an ad, it got approved, didn't get any impressions, now I'm out 100 bucks. Not much, but it's still annoying how Friendster can just blatantly steal our money. They don't reply to my emails either.
