too bad he forgot to work out his legs...

doubt it... his legs look pretty ripped in that last pic. plus, the workout he did had a lot of leg stuff too.

Monday: Stationary bike or Stair climber, 23 mins (HIIT)
Tuesday: Weight training: back & biceps
Wednesday: Stationary bike or Stair climber, 23 mins (HIIT); Abs
Thursday: Weight training: quads, calves, hamstrings

In Real life, any of you Gym freaks able to reach what that guy has reached in an year ???

not even close. then again he started out with a better workout routine than I did.
 
monetization of the site should include some weight loss offers once this video spreads virally it will get a lot of hits i think. the ads on there are too cluttered.

Why 23 minutes... and not 25 or 20 that just seems random.
 
Yeah, I don't know what that Roborama shit is, but that guy's site is JohnStoneFitness.com. Those pictures have been around for a few years.

I did something similar- but I didn't take any pictures. I broke up with my girlfriend and realized I was huge- so I lost 80 pounds in like 4 months, built nice muscles, then got a new, hotter girlfriend and gained back some of the weight. She still hasn't gained a pound in the 2 years we've been together though (knock on wood) so I don't know if I will ever have to get in good shape like that again. I've started to run again though, just because I was getting lazy.

Back in the days....

Seriously, you can do a lot in a year. If you really set your mind to it, 3 months will see a big difference (see the first few secs of the video).
You will not get ripped, but you will loose a lot of excess flab.
