"Hey Guys,

Sorry for the mass updates as of late, but a new policy has just gone into effect due to some negative PR late last night. Government grant ads are no longer being accepted – there will be a sweep through the system and these ads will be disabled either today or tomorrow. Additionally, ads using Obama’s image when it is clear Obama does not endorse the ad (e.g. IQ ads) will also no longer be accepted – (the ads are okay, using Obama’s image is not).

Yeah just heard about this. There's actually going to be a loophole. Won't get into detail about it yet but there are two sites that should be allowed while all else are banned, so funny.

They turn off other advertisers. If you've ever been on an ad sales call in the technology world, you know it's a deal-killer if you demo a site and its covered with ads for baby coupons and cigars. How many potential Facebook advertisers want to have their brands placed below spots for "$26,383 Stimulus Checks"?

Who the heck put that article together. Don't they understand that the advertisers are the ones that run the AD's, specifically grants. Not facebook's team.

Thank you so much for that! I was just on facebook thinking to myself, are these guys serious:/... hopefully nobody falls for that crap. They also have ads for "free ringers" and such, but its all crappy ads. It's just annoying to see that kind of stuff all over facebook.

Little does he know that just from wickedfire affiliates, there are probably over 5,000 grant leads captured on a daily basis. Edit: Seems that MCRunning already pointed this out. Funny either way.
