Not bad. If you see it, it will stick in your head for a while. It is a low-budget Canadian horror film, but the girl who plays Mary does a damn good job, and makes the film better than it was expected to be.

Also, some of the people in the film have had real body mods done. The directors met them while doing research for the film and asked them to be in it.
