Gambling online in Gibraltar and whatnot (pokerstars, etc) is still illegal. The DOJ said residents of the various States wager at online games in such States where such wagering is lawful. So your friendly neighborhood sports books, racetracks, and state-sanctioned casinos may offer online poker the way many of them offer horse wagering online.
