She didn't hit the booth structure those ramps were put in place to keep people from hitting the structures, if you look at the shape in the followup picture it would have rolled the car inward to the through lane, the dumb bitch (who claimed to have only had one vodka cranberry the night before) just happened to be going fast enough to get some air out of it.

Edit: The funniest part of the police report indicates that the lady was so drunk that after she landed and got out of the car she immediately tried to get back in as it was going up in flames.
