Any fulfillment services you can recommend?

So far I have looked at Amazon Fulfillment and shipwire.com and would like to hear about anyones experience with those or other fulfillment services.

Come on guys, I'm desperately looking for a fulfillment service which also takes care of returns and customer service hotline.

Any recommendations?
 
You could call Weblogistix
They handle all these services and also Atlast Fulfilment Services!

We use Webgistix, but not for customer service hotline services (that's handled separately), for warehousing, packing, shipping and returns.
 
Depends on the items you sell, but most of the time I would recommend you never use a fulfillment service other than amazon, mainly for there prime customers, and logistics control. Even than i'd be skeptical, since your handing off one of the most important aspects of your company. If there is a problem you have no control.

In house at the moment, though we're considering a change there and just keep retail outlets in house and outsource direct consumer sales.

We use UltraCart as well and the integration with Webgistix was smooth.
