As soon as I had heard he died, which I think was pretty quickly, I made an amazon affiliate link for a George Carlin search on amazon.com.
I made a campaign on Google, before it went hot, with his name and misspellings. I was hoping the amazon.com domain would keep me from getting slapped. Thought wrong.
As soon as his name went hot in Google trends, I got slapped.
There is still some volume on his misspellings and individual standups. Could be fairly easy money for someone.
