Appropriate punishment would be for someone to take a cell phone and bludgeon him to death with it. Now the question would be what would be the best cell phone to use as a blunt instrument? I tell you these days they're just getting to small to beat someone to death with.
As you can see from the article this shit happens all the time all over the Middle East, 10 times in the last year alone in Palestine and Israel. It's quite disturbing how backwards a society it can be.
