IMHO Flippa is just awful.
99.8% of sellers are scammers or liars.

Where can one find a good market place of old websites that their owners decided they don't want to keep any longer? Not talking about any certain niche, just sites/blogs that existed for years, have nice, original content.

Again, I'm not talking about Flippa, or webmasters forums, where sites were built just to be sold a few months after.

Appreciatethe advice!

I have two suggestions for you. First, website brokers like Flipping Enterprises. They are not cheap usually, but the sites that they sell are usually vetted and mid to high quality. It is still important to vet those businesses by yourself though, but that is the case regardless of how you come upon prospective candidates. If you feel that you can put a value on web properties on your own, you may also want to try and approach webmasters of sites that you come across and like. Requires more work, will not give you all the important figures to put a value on the site (unless unmonetized of course), but can lead to great bargains.
