Geo Targeting Script

As the smaller PPC providers don't have geo targeting built in I'm looking for a good geo targeting script.. preferably free or cheap..:338:

Maxmind has a free ip database that is supposedly 95% accurate.

I have been using it myself. Implementing it is fairly easy.
