I've read nickey cakes guide a good five or six times just getting
the just of this whole aspect and read all the newbie guides on here aswell,
im ready to get into this game and work for a ppc network.

I've applied at all of nickeycakes suggestions and a few here but i just keep getting denied, i dont have my own website or as you guys call it here SEO?
I've got a few domains with bluehost and what not but i was just going to use them as landing pages. Some of the networks replied saying i was denied because they couldnt view my site or i had no loyal/mass amount of vistors.
Why would i need a steady income on visitors on a site for a landing page?

Been researching this for a long long time and i now feel comfortable enough to start investing, but i cant since i cant get into any networks...

If anyone can give me some suggestions or what not i would appreciate it big time.

Thanks, Drew

just fyi, site != seo

pick up the phone means call the network and ask for your account to be approved live on the phone, they'll ask you questions about your experience, your promotion methods etc.
Be honest and they'll approve you.

Just don't tell them you "don't have a seo to show yet", ok?

when you call them, try to show that you have done your study and know how to send traffic, optimize, track your sales, etc.

basically they just need to know that you are on the right path and ready to start test their offers

these are all good points, you might also want to spend a little while putting together a simple wordpress dedicated to a niche to show them.

I personally wouldn't waste time developing a site. I haven't had much of a problem at all getting approved. I don't have the most experience in affiliate marketing, but when I'm honest that I know how to drive traffic and that I will create a legitimate site around one of their offers, their ears perk up and usually they will typically approve me. Good luck man!

Call them and tell them you will be providing traffic through PPC, they will probably ask you a few questions such as what verticals you're currently in and what type of campaigns you are currently running.

I think if you can show them you understand the basic concepts then they should let you in, especially if you call them.

Not sure what verticals is?

&& Yea ill try to call them all this week sometime and hopefully get approved,
mainly the reason i didnt call in the first place was because right after i applied to majority of these places the next day i got sent an email saying denied.

Anyways thanks a ton guys! This site has amazing information and has answered alot of my questions i've had over the last few monthes.

This. Which from your posts, it appears that you don't have the foundational knowledge yet to display any reliable understanding of Affiliate Marketing.

Go into the Affiliate Marketing section and read all of the stickied threads. Also, if you haven't already, read all the stickies up in the Newbie Section.

huh? people here call websites "seo"?

you may be getting denied because you do not understand the basics including acronyms and their meaning.

the more reputable affiliate networks want to see that you at least know the basics.

Thanks for the links!
Definetly gonna soak in all the information i can.

I'm a complete newbie too, so I use Marketing Terms.com - Internet Marketing Reference to look up any terms and acronyms I don't know.

Does anyone else have any recommendations for any dictionary sites specific to AF/IM/SEO terms?

I was waiting to see some spinning wieners on that one.
Again thanks for the link, should definetly help out alot.

Well i got all my questions answered, thanks a ton guys!
Saved me a ton of time...

You may be surprised at how quickly you can get approved just by making a phone call. Be specific about what traffic methods you intend to use. Do your research because the key is to sound as if you are on top of current marketing methods and ways of attracting traffic to their offers.

Here's one everyone can use: Internet Marketing Dictionary

It's not the prettiest site on the Internet but it is useful. You simply put in the term you want to know more about and it will return results for you. It's easy and straightforward to use.:xmas-smiley-016:
