Getting into YPN?

I have been trying to get into the Yahoo Publisher Network for months now and nothing seems to be working I would like to use the ads on a few of actual sites I have and then mess around with arbitrage...but I can't get in at all!

Any tips on getting in? Are there certain things they look at? Alexa rank? site category? I have applied with 3-4 of my sites and every time they say they will let me in as soon as it goes public.

It's hard to get in. I got a voicemail telling me I got accepted, but that I failed to verify my email (which I never recieved), now they won't answer the phone.

So in order to get in they also have to call you and verify stuff?


I need some good tips though. Has anyone had trouble getting in with a site that has an Alexa Rank of 100,000 or above? Has anyone been accepted with an Alexa 500,000 or above? I'm trying to figure out what they are looking for or if they even use Alexa at all.
