Does anyone have any good contact info for Traffic Needs? I feel they are in the process of stiffing me for last month's check. I've been in touch with Chris J several times a day but he won't call me back, return my e-mails, or respond to IM. I've called accounting and left messages, but they won't call me back. I've called every other extension listed on their answering service, but no one will help me. It's been a week now.

I read another thread at WF about Traffic Needs stating that they don't pay their affiliates promptly, especially if they don't make much. Well, I am in the 5k-10k class and I still can't get paid. This is month #2 dealing with issues getting paid by them, but last month it was resolved quickly. This month they are just not dealing with me at all.

Have they completely scammed anyone, or should I still expect to receive my check some day?

Does anyone have any contact info for someone in the company with high importance? Perhaps a VP or something?
 


good luck... ive been trying to get paid since jan or so. they owe me +10k. let me know if you get paid and how you did it.
 
So its not just us...they owe us in the 6 figures range, an invoice they haven't paid yet and is overdue. We are still working with them to get that.
 
I had problems but got it worked out with them however not leaving my verbally assaulting replies about them has obviously hurt people. I had their own affiliates inhouse hitting my facebook asking me if I could help them get paid.

Give em a month. I would imagine they are waiting on the rebills to hit so that they have the cash to float lol.
 
If a catch-phrase/quote could be applicable for Traffic Needs, it would be "We always pay... eventually"

OK, still waiting for my money. The two months they owe combined is a 5 figure number, so I'm dying here.

My AM put me on the phone with some dude from accounting, and they proceeded to spout off about problems with the Acai Nutraburst advertiser, lawsuits with Oprah, and other random excuses. In fact they paused 4 of their 10 or so offers, all rebills. They have indeed promised to pay me, but they have no idea when or how they will get the money. Isn't that great news? :/

I have since switched my links to point to a C2M offer, but I've probably lost 25% of conversions (and thus revenue) in the process.
 
Well Ruck, I am sending some traffic generated specifically from Acai Nutraburst pages to one of your acai offers but I haven't updated the content on the pages or the banner ads to reflect the new offer, so I'm sure some people are like "WTF this isn't the same product, I'm outie". I think most of the loss is coming from the 0 conversions for a resveratrol offer that I had to swap for Traffic Need's RezEx offer.

Also, I recently heard that TN had their Merchant Account declined, they are scrambling to get a new one or get it fixed, and that is the reason for the non-payment. I don't really care honestly, I just needs mah cheddah.

You go right ahead and threaten a lawsuit. Unfortunately this just shows that you dont really know that much about them. I got paid out cuz I ran my mouth. They read these boards...I assure you.:zzwhip:
 
Exactly, Ruck. So how come the community doesnt start an enormous Hydra-like thread about Traffic Needs? Instead, this thread pops up every once in awhile and fades away. Is it because nobody here uses them? If this were you or any other popular network refusing to pay, there would be hell to pay. Why is nobody else making a big stink over the fact TN pays 3-4 months late most of the time?

That would be it. No one really. Hydra is massive a lot of people use them
