Gotta agree with the OP.

I remember having to listen to all their stupid diet tips in the company kitchen and how they're gonna run the local 10k this weekend for Breast Cancer or whatever disease of the month they were supporting.

Talking to them one on one was a different experience, but in a group they are annoying as fuck to listen to.
