got any suggestions? I have sent traffic to Cigarrest on CJ and zerosmoke on Azoogle. both converted under 1%. the ad is focused on "Quit smoking now" so I know that is what the traffic is interested in. Any thoughts?

try joebucks.com they have a product for stop smoking called nicocure.

I have never ran it on ppc so not sure if it will convert better than the other 2 for you.

I've thought about this a lot recently. I've actually really, really been thinking about quitting myself and I've been thinking about building a site about it once I've done it.

The thing with the non-smoking offers is what smoker in there right mind is going to order some gay ass ear magnet to quit with?

If I go through with it, I'm probably going to do sort of a "review" type of site presenting them with different options.

I also think that building up a community over time would be better in the long run then sending them to a landing page, at least in this niche.

Because you'll get people that want to try the patch, it doesn't work, then the gum, it doesn't work, then they'll order "Easy Way To Quit Smoking" because it's helped so many people, they'll read it, not quit, go back to the site for more suggestions, ect.

The ones that do quit will stick around to support the newbies. You'll get a lot of threads saying "I Quit With Method X" ect, and it'll encourage others in the community to try that method.

As for offers I haven't looked that deep yet, but my thinking from the start was that promoting quit smoking products via PPC strait to landing page is probably going to convert like ass, unless you can find some good survey offers or offers where they aren't spending a ton of money ordering some product that no one has ever heard of.

Just my .02.

I used to be a three pack a day smoker until about 2 months ago. Now, I don't smoke. I've tried every product around but my doctor gave up on me. Then, I heard about Chantix. It's a pill a lot of people said was pretty good. I started taking it and, at first, didn't think it was doing anything. I kept smoking. Then, I noticed I wasn't getting that little 'high' or what ever you call it you get when you smoke a ciggarette. It calms your nerves and makes you relax. That thing. I realised that Chantix really was blocking something so I tried just not smoking. The great thing about it is I never lost my temper or anything and I haven't missed it or thoght about it at all. Amazing. Try Chantix to quit smoking. And, if you can find some kink of affiliate program for it, get it. Sorry about this post but just had to tell a fellow smoker how I quit.

yeah, I think I need a "Free survey gets you a sleeve of nicorette" or something like that. I have smoked in the past - I was never that hot on quit smoking programs. Of course, a friend of mine was doing 35M a year with one of those type of programs on TV, so there is definitely a market. May be better for late night TV folks then internet savvy buyers.

I think the challenge is that whenever I am online, if I find something I am interested in it takes 2sec to do a little google research and see what others have said. TV audience is totally different.
