Good place to get profile photos?

Where do I get those freaking thumbnail size profile photos from??? I've been googling and can't seem to find any sites that I can use.

Any ideas?

yup... I've seen his thread, but I'd rather collect the photo's myself. Looking for good sites to download the images from as cropping the face is not a problem.
