Other than t-shirt hell, where are some good places to get t-shirts online? I just did a load of laundry and accidentally bleached every one of my t-shirts. Fuck. I just signed up for Startup Schwag home - but need some other ideas.

Another vote for Design by Humans. Vintage Vantage is cool, and Fullbleed. I would consider Palmercash too.
Trawl the ad Tech exhibit floor with a Casale media tote bag, and collect the free t-shirts. I return from the shows with all the shirts I ever need, and stocked with enough pens and breath mints for a year. 
My girlfriend won't let me buy plain black shirts anymore. Something about looking like I only have one shirt, blah blah blah...
Nope, see above. Mainly plain t-shirts from wal-mart and websites I like (wickedfire, get a shirt already).
