I was looking into getting me an 2nd google adwords account. WAs wondering do they let you add funds to your account with like a pre-paid vise/mc from like walgreens or something, the GreenDot cards? If not, what kinda card do you use?

Shouldn't be an issue.
 
first post here ever, but in the past I have used Visa Gift cards. No name is attached to the actual card as far as Google can track. I have never used a reusable debit card like you speak of, just a VISA gift card.

Kinda a PITA as Visa gift cards have only a $500 max before you have to get a new card, but completely untraceable as far a G is concerned in my experience.
