Ok, so I'm not totally new to AM, but 454 unique clicks and you're telling me not a single person bought anything? It has been two days as well. The advertiser is Barnes & Nobles, so there ya go. Now I think I might know what the problem is, but I don't know for sure because I just started with Google's aff network. I just chose a random link, let's say it is for their new "Nook" because ther are like over 600 links they have to all different parts to the store, I couldn't find one that just led to the homepage, and tried to use the link builder to link to the home page but Google kept throwing me an error. So whatever, I basically just promoted a general book store, and had 454 unique clicks, and you're telling me not a single person bought anything? And yes, these were targeted clicks, they knew what they were clicking. My only thought is maybe since I pulled a random link I am only credited for purchases bought in that part of the store? Can anyone offer any advice, thanks!

So it isn't like Amazon's Affiliate program where you are credited for anything bought on the site?

Damn that really sucks.

Im nt sure about this. Try linking to a single product , presell visitors with a lp. And have qualified visitors to the lp. Are you paying for traffic?

^ Specifically asked the rep at ASE about using paid traffic. They really don't like it. How will google know? that's a different story.

Ok, so does anyone know if the user has to purchase the specific item you are promoting? Or is it like Amazon Associates where you are credited for any sale?
