Google Conversion Tracking - Visible ?

I dont normally use Google - too much competition. Finally I got around and want to use adWords, looking into this conversion tracking and it appears that they want me to put a visible link for conversion tracking?
This is what they say:
"The code snippet will show a visible Google Site Stats text block on the user-facing end pages to indicate that a conversion has been completed."

How do you guys deal with this?

Any help is appreciated

Yeah the img pixel line by itself works. Some networks will let you specifcy your own tracking pixel, and you can use the img line from Google there if you want.

Just don't use their conversion tracker. Use Google Analytics instead which shows nothing, or a free tracker like prosper202, or even something like AdWatcher.
