Google Desktop freezes

Hi...

Google Desktop used to work fine but now it constantly freezes. It would find files in 1-2 seconds but now it takes 30 secs or more (or it closes altogether).

I have uninstalled, deleted temp files, reinstalled, rebooted etc, but still the same.

What I find odd is that I have selected to not scan emails, but Google Desktop still shows emails in the search results (I had selected emails as well in the first installation).

I have even excluded my C:/ folder from search, but it still searches in there.

This may be some registry issue...

Any idea what can be done?
