I was checking my stats just now and some of my ringtone ads were disapproved. It seems they added this to the Content Policy :

Mobile Subscription Services
Mobile subscription sites must display the required service details.

We allow the advertisement of mobile content services only when the site clearly and accurately displays price, subscription and cancellation information. This includes, but is not limited to, sites that promote downloading ringtones, wallpaper or text messages for predictions, love life advice, news, personality quizzes and/or other entertainment services.
If your site promotes mobile content services and requires users to enter personal information such as names or phone numbers, your site must meet the following criteria:
  1. Prominently display these details on the first page where users enter personal information (such as a name or phone number):
    • The identification of your service as a subscription
    • The price of the service
    • The billing interval (such as per week or once per month)
  2. On the first page where users enter personal data, provide a prominent opt-in checkbox or other clear mechanism indicating that the user knowingly accepts the price and subscription service. The user should not be able to proceed without opting in.
  3. Clearly display cancellation information (or a clearly marked link to cancellation instructions) on your ad's landing page, the first page of your site users see after clicking your ad.
All of the items above should be located in a prominent place on your web page and should be easy to find, read and understand.

Byebye subscription style ringtone offers.

I am not direct linking. (I used to iframe but got a slap on the wrist for it from adwords)
I don't do ringtones in the US by the way only in europe and australia. I think the problem is the offer I am promoting. (celldorado) Their landing pages do not comply with the new guidelines.

Ahh that explains it then

Stop I framing too - ASK (takes what? Seconds?) Your network for a landing page that complies to the PPC platform specified....

all of the major ringtone services already have all this shit on their page. if they are talking about landing/carrier pages, hopefully having a copy of the disclaimer text in the footer will suffice.

From what i hear this change was enforced harder after everyone complained about the one guy who was taking up 9 spots in google.

the requirement is really on the advertiser to add the check box to the first page of their phone submit page, some have started to do it to comply. This change came in fast mostly due from the pressure advertisers put on them with respect to that one guy.

Smaxor:

your "trick" doesnt work, I already go to the landing page path and still got kick out.

cheers,
Whiner

lol... Everyone go type keyword "ringtones" into Google and check out the "Ring Tones in 30 Seconds" ads... right now he's killing everyone with 9 ads showing, all identical.

Is this the same douche that was doing this last week?

Yup, looks like he's back. Of course azoogle is loving it.
