"Google-Safe" Outsourcable Seo Services To Use On "Money Sites" ?

I have a few money sites for which I did a lot of manual SEO and that are getting good results, however I have not enough time to take care of everything, and I really do not want to "lose" them by using risky techniques... You see, my sites have a lot of deep pages that are not very well ranked and i'd like to boost them with something that can be outsourced...

So looking at the forum's Sell, Buy & Trade - Page 2 - WickedFire - Affiliate Marketing Forum - Internet Marketing Webmaster SEO Forum category I wonder what are the most recommended outsourcable services that are pretty safe to use ?

Meaning that on the mid to long term the services you paid for will most likely not result in google penality, ban or any negative effect on your serps (because of changes in the algorithm for example)

You can't go wrong with good writers who can write to your specs. They are not hard to find in the Buy/Sell/Trade section because their threads always stay on the first page.

You can't or shall I say "shouldn't" outsource the brain work or the SEO Techniques to use, but you can outsource the grunt of it.

Any outsourcing company will do great things for You and your websites as long as they follow the EXACT SAME SPECIFICATIONS you followed to get your site ranked in the first place, as you also have to articulate that very well on paper (or email).

This is what I would do if I were in your shoes:

1. Write out what you did on-page to get your site ranked
2. Write out what you did off-page to get your site ranked
3. List what you need to do to maintain the rankings
4. List what you need to do to grow your rankings.

The 1-4 list is really optional, but you do need to ensure that they follow your EXACT specifications You used and that is most important.

Ensure the company or person who you outsource to follows YOUR rules and you won't get a kick in the knee by Google. Good Question...
