just got a call from google rep saying they have changed their policy regarding acai berry and colon and they will be approved like normal ads. Is this pressure from the share holders speaking?

google has never banned acai, skin, colon type offers before. they only slap it when it didn't conform to their T&Cs, but that's normal for all ads on adwords anyway.

No I'm from India too but that doesnt mean I can't make fun of these shitty customer care people. You know how much salary these people get? The best I know is 300$ per month. On top of that I have dealt with Indian adwords support hundreds of times & everytime they didnt have a fucking clue of what exactly they should reply.
