The ruling comes almost eight months after the man won a similar case against Yahoo! who was ordered by the Victorian Supreme Court to pay damages of $225,000.
They was asked to remove content and failed to act upon the requests of his solicitors. It's not just anybody suing Google but it does show how far you can go with a defamation removal request.
