@OP - you're joking, right? Google does $5-6B+ per quarter in ad revenue and has shown q/q growth every quarter since it went public I believe (maybe there was one small dip during the worst of the recession).

Whatever hit they took from banning affiliates will be offset and then some by organic growth from other advertisers, especially retarded brand advertisers who pay exorbitant CPM's on the content network.

Any affiliate with 1/2 a brain would know how to setup another llc/s-corp and be up and running again within 24 hours. Besides, affiliates are a very small piece of the adwords game.
