He provided is portfolio. If you like his work then hire him.

lol. I'm considering it, but my concern was due to low post count. but I saw their old thread now about pay on completion.
 
Absolutely top tier work. Beautiful graphics, awesome layout, and IT WORKS out of the box. I'm totally satisfied with this design and can guarantee you I"ll be using them more often.

Graphics are overall NOT what you normally find in web designers, but rather in top
NYC quality marketing firms.

20/10 for quality.
