People knocking on your door saying give me your shit for free and I won't fuck your stuff up.. Gotta love it.

So, given the political situation, how should we protect our earnings? If Obama wins this election, should us sole proprietorships incorporate? An s corporation?

should inc over about 100k/year in income. It's always a good idea to be incorporated from a liability perspective. Because if you operate as a company then the company gets sued you don't lose all your personal wealth.
