Has Sam Appelbaum from Azoogle left?

Sam Appelbaum was my AM on Azoogle until about 2 months ago. I had a discrepancy with my stats so tried contacting him and sent numerous emails to both him and the azoogle help email address but have heard nothing back.

Does anyone else here have Sam as their AM? Just want to know if he has left and therefore not replying my emails.
 


Seriously, living on the other side of the world is NOT an excuse to not call networks and anyone who thinks it is will fail at business.
 
Azoogle is good with communication even these days when they have been a little shook up with a ton of staff changes. I don't know about your AM (loved the Bonita comment BTW) but i agree 100% with hannahmcintyre. I see this all the time, people say they can't get a hold of a AM and when i ask did you call they say no i shot them an IM. I don't know about AM's at Azoogle but i would think they get hit up with 100's of IM's and emails a day. IM and Email are great but smart biz is done over the phone.
