has this happened to anyones YSM account?

i tried to log into my ysm account today and it says An error occurred during login because you have not been granted access to any accounts. i tried calling but they are closed, has this happened to anyone before?

They locked you out. Call them.

i did it says they are closed today and tommorrow i guess ill call on monday.
