I have registered a domain name and purchased hosting to build my first arbitage site but where do I get the content for my site? I could copy content but I may get in trouble since it may be copyright. Where do some of you guys get content from?

Also, should I put the keywords in bold or in H2 tags or is it fine or don;t over do it?

Put your keyowrds in h1/h2 keywords in the title
i dont think bloded words do anything

as far as the content, its best to write it yourself. google could penalize you for duplicate content off wikipedia or something. just write a paragraph or two on your topic.

You idiot.

Go ahead and get content from Wikipedia or whatever free article site if you can't write it yourself. Who gives a shit if Google penalizes you? You're getting traffic from PPC anyway.

It is suspected that Adsense does give a shit about duplicate content. Some suspect it may cause earnings losses, so i guess im not the only idiot then.
It doesn't matter if your traffic is from ppc.

I'm making money with Arbitrage PPC from third tier search engines using non-original work.

As long as the ads that show are relevant, it doesn't matter.

I think you may be thinking about the AdWords quality score...

Dude, you're writing a max 400 or so words of content. Just do it. With the time it took you to make a thread, you could have written enough for 3 pages. And by writing it yourself you can "SEO" the content however you like if you're really planning on getting SE traffic.

Guys.. just use a fuckin' content scraper that Markovs the content! Instant, non-duplicate content created for you in a split second... And you can even have it renew itself every so many days to stay fresh.

Get YACG or SSEC for fuck's sake. :)

Images - just wondering how many pages you are up to?

Did you end up making your own script or modifying Lerchmo's?

Random,

That is a terrible example and just adds to the confusion. From the article:

Lets examine the facts. If there really was a duplicate content filter then many news web sites that publish AP or Reuters news would be banned from search engines.

This points out that duplicate content is not penalized. Even more, it seems to be talking about organic search, aka SEO and not PPC arbitrage.

I think it's things like this that makes threads become confusing. With arbitrage YOU ARE PAYING FOR YOUR TRAFFIC - WHO GIVES SHIT IF THE SE'S RANK IT DEAD LAST OR IF IT EVER GETS INDEXED AT ALL. The very definition of arbitrage is BUYING low (in this case, low cost traffic) and SELLING high (clicks that are high enough to generate profit). If you get muddled in the details of SEO on arbi pages, then you'll just spin your wheels. The key is to generate pages, turn a profit, rinse, and repeat.

Well, I have many in the making, and many are ready to go - just not live with campaigns yet. My goal is to have 20 sites up, each profiting $50 daily like the 2 that I have live now. I still need to pay off some bills, etc. before I can invest $$ into arbi traffic. :)

I never tried Lerchmo's, nor did I make any scripts. Instead, I wrote and designed my own templates from scratch which is what really got me going. That, combined with some thorough niche research finally paid off. :)
