Hey I was subleasing a room from someone for the summer and I decided to go on a trip for the month of July. Since I wasnt going to be living there I got a guy I knew who needed a place to live for July to stay there and pay me the cost of rent. I've known him for a few months and he seemed cool so it didn't seem like a big deal so I didn't get him to sign any kind of lease.. which was pretty stupid. Just one month payment and everything would be cool. Long story short he never sent me the check and is now out in california. Ive called, texted, facebook messaged/chatted when he is online, posted on his wall. He wont respond to anything and it's pretty damn obvious he is ignoring me. It's starting to piss me off and if he doesn't ever end up paying I'd like to fuck him online. Does anyone have any ideas?

Forget about it and consider it one of life's little lessons. This guy did you a favor by screwing you over. Now next time you will be a little more prepared and that can save/earn you way more than this douche cost you.

Mr. OP sir, you are suffering from a serious lack of perspective.

Perhaps instead of wasting your time trashing someone online you could invest that time in building your business to replace the $700.

You could also go out and sit in the sun, or chill out on a beach. Take a load off. Go volunteer somewhere and help out.

Honestly, what good is "fucking him online" going to do. Best case scenerio you waste a lot of time and make him look a little bad, worst case scenerio he gets pissed off and gets and revenge on you.
 
When you are old enough, just go live with his girl-friend for a month. Mean-while, you have plenty of time to fantasize about it. Use your time wisely, download some free ebooks about making monies online. Sorry, I can't find the link.

Wow.. No paperwork.. Looks like your up the creek without a paddle.. You could take him to a small claims court but the odds of you winning that money back are very slim and you would probably pay more in court fees than what you get out of it.
