Help: Mortgage Affilliate Lead Pros and Debt Consol I've got 10,000 leads

OK, guys. I need help.

I have a database of over 10,000 people with full contact info emails, names, socials, the whole 9.

These people applied for a mortgage online. They are all manufactured/mobile home leads.

The good thing about the list is that many are hurting for cash because the market for these mortgages is not good so many apply and are turned down, so my thoughts are that this would be a good database for debt-consol or cash advance, foreclosure email marketing campaign???????

Any thoughts or advice?
 


If aquired CAN SPAM compliant give them to an email marketing firm, they'll split the profit with you 50/50 and take care of everything.

There's a lot of offers you could market to those people. Make money in real estate, credit cards, cash advance and the list goes on. But just give it to someone and let them email them and you just get a monthly check.
 
Mobile/manufactured home leads are completely useless. No mortgage company will touch it. Those who will pay next to nothing.

If you want to try e-mail, you got the demographic right. Find sub-prime offers like debt consolidation, credit repair, bad credit credit cards, ...

Hey Someone!

I actually made over 6 figures with manufactured home leads and I need more if anyone is interested on this forum.

I have a team I trained to so these loans because like you said no one wants them. So I learned the biz, found the lenders that lend on them and BAM! I now made something out of what most people see as nothing.

Send me your manufactured leads and I will pay $499 on every deal that closes with weekly updates.
 
Whoever actually gives the loans out only does it for california, or wherever you live though right? What about leads from other states?

they are licnesed in all the key money states. CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, ID, etc..

stay out of AL, AK and the hick states....lots of old mobiles on tires...leads are worthless
