Help regarding error on page.

Hi, I have installed this sURL(URL Shortenting Script) script on my host. The script is working fine but their is some error with on the registration page sURL - Free Simple URL Shortner With Click Tracking sURL - Free Simple URL Shortner With Click Tracking
The captcha is not loading and giving some kind of error which I am unable to understand. Please help me fix this error.

Hey I checked it and it was working. probably it was a temporary error and will be solved. do check it again...
