Help with exploiting the end of tax season | traffic

i need to make some shit happen for the end of tax season, (i operate an online tax site)

We're running PPC & radio just doesn't seem like the most reasonable option.

Could anyone help me out or could offer some advice for networks outside of the following:

adwords
ysm
adcenter
adbrite
fb
paid links

Outside of the shyt above i have about a 6k budget to invest

i'm trying a few social campaigns to gather links & land longtails targeted towards things like extensions... i know i have to be missing some stuff...

can't go shady with this one either

Could always try some decent link bait. Funny tax laws/surprising+entertaining write offs, etc. Get a good digger to submit it.

well thats definitely an option, we've already hit our internal email list pretty hard.

Any suggestions on where to go for email list purchase?
