Help with Menus in WP

I need some help with setting up menus on my site. I would like my menu items to be dropdowns in a way when clicked on. Check out Women Fashion Shoes in Large Sizes and Wide Widths - DesignerShoes.com and their menu on the left side. I have category's created. I want to be able to list my category's in a widget and when they click on one, it opens up like the drop down menu and displays the sub-cats. Please someone help, this is driving me nuts. I have tried a bunch of different plugins and also creating my own menus to no avail.

There a option menu (from dashboard ), you need to create a menu any name may be top menu.
