I've been doing some research in the ol' porn industry. I've got what I think are some killer ideas for product creation, but the niches it'd work in are pretty fucked up.

I'm talking hardcore bondage, torture, rape, incest, like some really fucked up shit.

So my question, living in the US, is can I safely promote this type of stuff, and build websites with content like this type of stuff. Obviously an incest site wouldn't have real incest, and a torture site wouldn't have real torture, just simulated stuff, but I'm not sure on the legal aspects.

I should also mention that this is purely for money, I'm not a psycho torture incest rapist or anything, lol.:anon.sml:

I think bondage and torture would work, well as long as you don't do real snuff stuff. But I think rape and incest are illegal. Take this with a grain of salt, though. I'm not an expert here (and now that I think of it, I'm glad this is the case).

Haha, Yeah, I doubt there are going to be too many experts on these subjects, at least on this forum.
 
You would be fine as long as you were not performing any activities that could potentially kill somebody. As long as the activities you film depict activities that could cause death you are fine.

There was a law passed recently because a girl got choked to death as a fetish after watching some S&M porn.

Jesus, there are some fucked up people out there. And according to google, there are a shitload more than I would have expected.
 
People love this stuff. Even if 1 in every 5thousand people loves it. Thats still millions!

I think its a great idea, unfortunately have no idea about legality. Its a shady one, but I think as DrBones said, as long as its simulated and no one is actually being killed or anything it should be fine. At the end of the day its a fantasy, and as long as it stays that way its all good.
