I got a free review package:

Delivery time: Very quick, got the report overnight.
Reporting: Clear and nice report
Quality: Scrapebox only found 3/5 links, its a small sample size so it probably doesnt mean much, but it is what it is. On the positive side the pages had the proper PR and I even got a PR6 link.
 
I was awesomely offered a free review package of this gentlemen's service to which I accepted. I was to receive:

2 PR4's
2 PR5's
1 PR6

After loading the list into the link checker, 3 out of 5 were found. Fortunately I was also given TWO EXTRA LINKS of PR 2 and 3. That helped, because both were found. Neither were of the PR mentioned in the original list, but I suppose he didn't expect them to not work.

I investigated further on one of them and the page had 145 comments approved but only about 15 showing on the page. There were no options to go to page 2 of the comments, so I really doubt the bots are going to find the links.

Solutions got the work done very quickly. Within an hour or so I believe. Communication was perfect. He answered them quicker than I could respond. I have no complaints here, as it was free.

Only thing I'd work on is with the extra links, I'd make sure they are of higher PR because they will inevitably be replacing links that didn't show up. You don't want to replace with lower PR links.
