I want to do blog commenting on sites with high PR. However, it's kind of difficult to find one especially dofollow sites. Is there a tool that I can use?

Blog comment demon and scrapebox works well in finding high pr blogs to leave your comment. Sb is the best one
Like he said, there are some service providers there who will provide blog commenting as service as well as lists.
Scrapebox is definitely the right tool for you. Not only you can scrape new blogs to comment with, it can as well check the PR of the domain or the page itself. And because it uses proxies, you will have a greater rate that your post will not be filtered by askimet.
