Our rates are $10 for transcribing 20 minute audio, video or whatever. If you want us to get transcribed something that is like 5 or 10 minutes long, we can still do it, but you still have to pay $10.
What is our turn around time?
It depends on how much you want from us. Usually, if you place an order in which you want us to transcribe 2 hours worth of content, we will get back to you in about 3-4 days, max 5 days.
Anything over 3 hours of content might take a little bit longer than 4 days. As soon as you place an order and send an email to us with all the details, we will tell you how long it will take for us to do the work.

2) You may also include a link to your audio, video or whatever you want us to transcribe when you order with PayPal (optional)
3) If you don't get an answer from us within 48 hours telling you we got your order, send an email us again, or try to send a PM.
Then wait until we do the work. We will send you the transcripts to your email.
